WHAT!? Olympic Fraud? Smells fishy...

There has been speculation that US Olympic swimmer, Michael Phelps, didn't actually win that 7th gold metal. Speculation claims that, Milorad Cavic, was in fact the rightful winner of the 100-meter Butterfly finals.
