ZOCK ON!
If you thought Ye's house was dope, check this video of Nigo's place. I had this video shelved in my Youtube favorites for a while now but anyways, if you haven't seen it, enjoy.

I WISH I WAS THERE: Kanyeez's House LA
THROW SOME DDESIGN ON IT
(haha, please don't hate me)
Who: Kanye West's Apartment designed by Don Stewart
Where: Los Angeles
Duration: 3 years
Photography: Art Gray
Kanye got stacks, ya'll aleady know that. But did you know West studied fine art at the American Academy of Art in Chicago (on scholarship), collects pop art (Warhol/Murakami) and is a hardcore design freak? This 4,200-square-foot, three-level house is surprisingly restrained—the furthest thing imaginable from the typical tasteless crack seen on MTV Cribs. Drawing inspiration from The Bulgari in Milan and the Grand Hyatt in Tokyo, Mr.West describes his home as a cross between a museum and a Louis Vuitton boutique.
Thanks to Interior Design Magazine and Art Gray.

Entry - front door of aluminum-framed sandblasted glass is preceded by Jo Ann Patterson's hand-coiled ceramics.

Living room - Antonio Citterio's cocktail table and Rodolfo Dordoni's sectional, chairs, and rug meet fragments of an Italian 18th-century marble mantelpiece.

Kitchen - Desiderata Design installed Ivan Lolli and Mario Memmoli's crystal chandelier above Andy Warhol's Campbell's Soup silk screens and an 1870's Louis Vuitton steamer trunk.

Kitchen - lacquered cabinet, backlit by miniature xenon lamps, faces Norbert Wangen's bar-island in stainless steel, paired with walnut stools.

Games room -Fernando and Humberto Campana's stuffed-animal chair backs up to Morris's Elroy.

Dining Room - oak-veneered table sits near a Mariano Fortuny floor lamp.

Dining Room - A Life Restored, Ernie Barnes's 9-by-10-foot acrylic on canvas.

Entry - Jonathan Seliger's Hermès 05 in bronze and automobile paint, a pair of Italian 19th-century carved wood architectural details, and Louis Vuitton suitcases. Flooring is French walnut.

Games room - outfitted with Citterio's sofa, Eero Koivisto's chair, and travertine flooring.

Entry - Warhol's signature on a silk screen.

Master Bath - Travertine on the floor, walls, and tub surround.

Yeezy always on his A-game.

Office - Charles and Ray Eames chair with custom-colored leather pulls up to a 1970's acrylic desk by Maurice Calka. The pillows are by Murakami.

Master bedroom - Citterio bed, Ingo Maurer lamp, and silk rug.

THE FEATURE: N4E1 2008 Fall Collection
EVOLUTION IS BLISS

Appearing on Hypebeast moments ago, I was absolutely blown away when I saw these teaser fashion shots of N4E1's 2008 Fall Collection. With a re-developed focus and what looks like a refined design philosophy, I have full confidence that this collection will further blur the lines of high end fashion and the streetwear community.
Observing this HK/Toronto based brand since its humble beginnings, the designers at N4E1 have definitely won me over. I am now a true believer.
Don't sleep on this crew, big tings are poppin..... I can feel it.

Check the gold zippers and collar on this military style jacket. I want to see a close up of the zippers and medallions. The inside of the jacket is a whole other story, will they hit us up with a surprise? Time will tell son...
Mulliner leather jacket - the clean stitch lines remind me of the leather seats of the Bently Continental GT I was in last month.
Hahaha, clever....
Notice the N4E1 monogram printed on the inside of the pant cuffs. Attention to detail always wins.
